Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale items, personalized/custom products, and items damaged due to misuse.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
