Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale items, personalized/custom products, and items damaged due to misuse.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Orders For orders fulfilled by international suppliers, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Processing times may be longer due to cross-border logistics.
