Shipping Policy

DriftOak partners with domestic and international suppliers to fulfill your orders. Here's what to expect:

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (US) orders: 5–10 business days
  • International supplier orders: 10–30 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties (International Shipments) For orders fulfilled by international suppliers, packages may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing. DriftOak is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
